I took Emily on as my Information Records Manager whilst at Ofwat. Emily brought with her great enthusiasm and knowledge to the role which helped breathe life into an area which many organisation and people can find difficult to undertake (and sometimes 'dull'!). If you want some good practical advice and guidance, delivered in an engaging manner then talk to Emily.

Emily's extensive knowledge of the discipline of Records Management and enthusiasm for its benefits brings life to a subject which could otherwise be terribly dry. Using a combination of humour, experience and common sense, Emily's approach is both informative and engaging; she has greatly helped me to enhance my understanding of records management issues in the area of health and social care.

I've found Emily to be a hard working. committed and knowledgeable colleague. She always seeks to challenge herself and ideas that are presented which means she explores all aspects or her work and life with genuine curiosity and dedication. Emily is very approachable and has a 'can do' attitude to her role.

Emily is a very engaging and knowledgeable trainer who delivered a series of trainings for us on Information Asset Management. She ensured the trainings were interactive from the start and people shared their concerns and experiences freely. She was also very flexible and tailored each training session to the different level of interest and experience in the subject as we went.
